1. Who we are

RankDime ("RankDime", "we", "us") is a trading name of Yosi Fridman, a sole proprietor, business registration no. 304529605, 5 Max & Amparo Shein Blvd, Rehovot, Israel.

These terms apply to rankdime.com and every order placed there. By ticking the box at checkout, or by using a free tool, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Who can use RankDime

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Paid services are currently offered to customers in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Free tools are open worldwide.
  • RankDime is built for people who run an online store or website as a business. If you buy for a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it. If you are a consumer, meaning you are not acting for a trade, business, craft or profession, you keep every right that consumer law in your country gives you. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

3. What RankDime does

  • Free checks read public pages of a site you enter: the homepage, robots.txt, the public product list or sitemap, and a sample of pages. They report findings. The crawler identifies itself and follows robots.txt (how it works).
  • Paid tools use AI to write product descriptions, questions and answers with schema, titles and meta descriptions, and image alt text. They work from the facts you provide or from the public product page. You receive the result on your order page as CSV, Excel or JSON files, in formats for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or a generic file.
  • The Gemini visibility report asks Google's Gemini, with Google Search, a set of shopping questions about your niche and shows what it answered. It does not query ChatGPT, Perplexity or any other engine. A mention is not a ranking and not a promise that any assistant will recommend your store.

No promise of rankings or traffic. We don't promise any position in Google, in an AI assistant, or anywhere else.

4. AI-generated content: please read

  • The text is generated automatically by AI (Google Gemini through Google Cloud). We don't edit it by hand.
  • AI can make mistakes. It can misread a page, state something that isn't true, or repeat wording that appears elsewhere. The tools are told not to invent specifications. Facts that weren't on the page are flagged in the notes column for you to check, not written into the text.
  • You must review every text before you publish it. You are responsible for what appears on your store. That includes product claims (especially about health, safety, environment, origin or legal compliance), prices, and any labelling or disclosure your own laws require for AI-generated or advertising content.
  • Similar inputs can produce similar or identical text for other customers. We don't promise that a text is unique.

5. Your content and the output

  • Your input. You keep all rights in the product facts, files and links you send ("Input"). You confirm you have the right to use them, and that they don't include personal data of other people beyond what's needed (for example, don't paste customer names or emails into product text). You give us a limited permission to process the Input only to provide the service you ordered.
  • The output. As between you and us, we assign to you all rights we have in the text generated for your order ("Output"), as soon as you have paid for it (or immediately for free tools). Our AI provider does not claim ownership of the Output. In some countries, text generated by AI without human creative input may not be protected by copyright, so we can't promise you exclusive rights against others.
  • No training. We don't use your Input or Output to train AI models, and our provider's terms don't allow it to train on them.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. The price on the payment page is the total you pay. No tax or fee is added by us at checkout. Prices are not personalised by automated decision-making.
  • Current prices:

- Full product description: $0.79 each for the first 20 in an order, then $0.59. - Questions and answers with schema: $0.59, then $0.45. - Titles and meta descriptions: $0.25, then $0.19. - Image alt text: $0.09. - Gemini visibility report: $9 (can be bought on its own).

  • Minimum order: $5, except the Gemini report.
  • Free allowance: 3 full product descriptions per month after you confirm your email. The same monthly counter covers bulk titles and questions and answers. Other free tools have their own limits shown on the tool page.
  • Payment is made in advance through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a card as a guest. We never see your card details. PayPal's own fees and any currency conversion by your bank or PayPal are between you and them.
  • We may change prices for future orders. The price shown when you pay is the price for that order.

7. Delivery

Work starts as soon as PayPal confirms payment (or immediately for a free tool). Most orders are ready in under a minute; large orders can take longer. The result is delivered on your personal order page, and we email you a link. Keep the link private. Anyone with it can open the order. You can also return to your orders by signing in with a one-time link sent to your email.

8. Your right to cancel, and refunds

8.1 Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK: 14-day right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, tell us clearly by email at hello@rankdime.com, for example using the model form in §16. It's enough to send it before the period ends.

When the right ends early. Our files are digital content produced and delivered within minutes. At checkout we ask you to request that we start immediately and to confirm you understand that you lose the right of withdrawal once the files have been delivered. If you give that consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins. We confirm your consent in the order email. If delivery has not begun, you can withdraw for a full refund.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw while the right still applies, we refund everything you paid, without deduction, within 14 days, to the original payment method through PayPal.

8.2 Everyone, including business customers (our voluntary policy):

  • Failed run: if an order fails and no usable files are produced, we refund it in full automatically or as soon as we notice.
  • Faulty result: if the files are unusable or don't match what was ordered because of a fault on our side (for example a broken file or missing products), write to us within 30 days. We'll fix it, or refund the affected part or the whole order if we can't fix it.
  • Not started yet: if you cancel before work on your order has started, we refund in full.
  • We don't refund a delivered order because of a change of mind, or because the generated wording is a matter of taste, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
  • No cancellation fee applies to any of the above.

8.3 Consumer guarantee. If you are a consumer, you also have the legal rights your country gives you when digital content doesn't conform to the contract (for example, repair, price reduction or refund). This section doesn't limit them.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use RankDime to:

  • create content that is false, misleading or deceptive, including invented specifications, fake reviews, or claims you can't substantiate (especially health, medical, financial or safety claims);
  • copy another store's text, or submit pages or files you have no right to use;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • generate spam, malware, hateful, harassing, violent or sexually explicit content, or anything else prohibited by Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy (policies.google.com/terms/generative-ai/use-policy), which applies to our AI provider and so to you;
  • use the output for clinical or medical purposes, or as a substitute for professional advice;
  • make the checker overload a site, check sites you aren't allowed to test, get around rate limits, or scrape or resell the service or its results by automated means;
  • try to extract the underlying models, prompts or training data.

We may refuse, pause or cancel an order, or block access, if we reasonably believe these rules are broken. If we cancel a paid order for this reason before delivery, we refund it.

10. Accounts and sign-in

You can sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. It is valid for 30 minutes and works once. Keep access to your email secure. Don't share order links or sign-in links. Tell us promptly at hello@rankdime.com if you think someone else has used them.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep RankDime available but can't promise uninterrupted service. Third-party services (Google, PayPal, your store platform) can change or fail. We may change or discontinue free tools at any time. If we discontinue a paid feature, orders you have already paid for are delivered or refunded.

12. Liability

  • The checks are automatic and use samples. They can miss problems or flag something that is fine. The service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but otherwise "as is", to the extent the law allows.
  • Business customers: to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost sales, lost rankings, or loss of data you didn't back up.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing limits your statutory rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and our liability is not capped below what your local law allows.

13. Suspension of free tools and abuse limits

To protect the service we apply rate limits (for example per IP address, email and site). Free tools can be refused if limits are reached.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you placed an order governs that order. We'll show the date of the latest version at the top.

15. Law, courts and disputes

  • Business customers: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Consumers: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, but you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and we may only bring proceedings against you there.
  • Please contact us first at hello@rankdime.com. We try to resolve complaints within 14 days. We aren't committed to, and don't use, an alternative dispute resolution body.
  • If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
